Imagine a Good Economy

We should not be trying to “recover” an old economy but trying to imagine an new one – one based upon growth but upon well-being; one in which those of us who already have more than enough have less and those who do not have enough have what is needed.

The economy to which we are proceeding – or rather stumbling towards – therefore requires not quantitive easing or low interest rates but a change of heart and mind.
